Client account data
Where we manage advertising accounts for a client, we access that client's advertising and analytics platforms under the terms of our engagement agreement with that client. That data is governed by the agreement, not by this website policy.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected for and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing michelle@zelena.marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, the right to deletion, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
